Improving Employee Recognition

A telecommunications company turned to Peak Performance for help rewarding technicians for effectively getting new products out. These technicians worked long hours and were relocated away from their families, and the reward program was an excellent way to acknowledge and thank the employees for their hard work. Furthermore, because the company’s technicians were highly skilled, they were often plucked from company to company, hurting retention rates. The company wanted to give employees a reward that was both memorable and meaningful to boost retention.

Peak Performance helped the company develop an effective rewards program. When a technician launched a product on time, he or she was awarded between $3,500 and $7,000. This allowed employees to take a much-needed vacation with their family. It allowed them to get away from their difficult jobs and to rest and relax.

Peak Performance offers flexible incentive programs. You pick the dollar amount — there are no minimums. An initial 5 percent deposit is required for programs over 100 certificates, and we offer a convenient 30-day billing cycle.
